The project led by Adrián Mosquera has been selected in the first edition of the Fundación ASISA Awards for Health Research and Social Projects.
The project led by Adrián Mosquera, founder of Código Rojo and a specialist in Hematology and Hemotherapy at the University Hospital of Santiago de Compostela, has been recognized in the first edition of the Fundación ASISA Awards for Health Research and Social Projects.
The initiative, focused on artificial intelligence applied to clinical knowledge in oncohematology, has been selected as one of the five health research projects recognized in this first edition. The award includes a €6,000 grant to support the development of the project.
The research aims to validate an artificial intelligence tool designed to facilitate safer access to clinical knowledge, as part of a research line combining artificial intelligence, genomics, and precision medicine.
Adrián Mosquera conducts his research within the Computational Hematology and Genomics Group (GrHeco-Xen) at the Health Research Institute of Santiago (IDIS), while also combining his research work with clinical practice and scientific communication.
At Código Rojo, we are pleased to celebrate this recognition and the support it provides for continued research into the applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
